When hitting golf balls, make sure to keep your eye on the ball during your backswing. In these pictures, my 3-year old Nathan is demonstrating this fundamental. (I might be just a little bit proud of him!)

Some golfers develop the habit of watching the club-head go back because they are trying to check their backswing and hit the ball all at once. This habit can cause a golfer’s head to move during the backswing which can lead to mishits. If you want to look back to see where the club is on your backswing, make sure you are not trying to hit the ball at the same time!
